Product Overview

FKGZ-2 automatic vial filling and capping machine is rotary type equipment specially designed for glass vial production in pharmaceutical industry, also suitable for cosmetic and chemical industries. It automatically completes vial feeding, liquid filling, rubber stoppering and aluminum cap rolling in one continuous workflow. The machine adopts stable plunger pump filling system with high filling precision. The product contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, fully comply with GMP requirements. Widely used for small volume liquid medicine and lyophilized powder injection in glass vials.
