Main Application

Main Features
◆The pressure is high enough to meet better tablet quality.
◆Adopt IPT punch press, double pressure and double side output, high production efficiency.
◆The control part adopts PLC programmable controller, and the operation panel adopts color touch screen, which is easy to operate.
◆Equipped with a closed forced feeder, when the equipment runs at high speed, it forces the material to be filled, shortens the filling time and ensures the stability of the tablet weight.
◆Equipped with main pressure display and pressure overload protection device, it can automatically shut down when the pressure is overloaded. It is equipped with overpressure protection, emergency shutdown, inverter fault alarm protection, and forced exhaust heat dissipation device.
◆The working area adopts fully enclosed transparent windows, with less dust pollution and good sealing. The parts are made of stainless steel or special surface treatment to prevent cross contamination and meet GMP requirements.
