Working principle:

The product uses the principle of photoelectric induction to count and divide the particles sensed. The machine adopts vibrating blanking and then rotating centrifugal discharging to count the particles one by one. A reversing solenoid valve is set at the rear of the track to make the falling track switch left and right. When the left side is filled according to the set quantity, it will switch to the right side for filling. At the same time, the bottle under the outlet will be replaced manually, so as to work continuously.

Composition and structure of the equipment

As shown in Figure 1, FYL-2B electronic counting machine is mainly composed of control panel, PLC control system, material storage system, vibration system, optical fiber sensor head counting system, electric turntable system and blanking system.
